Meet ForGood

Our M&E team prides itself on excellence and achievement in their respective fields of study. This hard-working group has over 25 years of experience working internationally and advanced degrees in International Development; Human Rights; Global Finance, Trade and Economic Integration; and Global Health. We have trained extensively in economics, forecasting, and epidemiological studies in addition to project design, management, and evaluation.

 
  Kaitlyn Ward Director of Monitoring & Evaluation - Education, Human Rights   Kaitlyn joined the ForGood M&E team early in 2016. She has a B.S. in Finance, Real Estate, and Law from California State University Long Beach and obtained her Master's Degree in International Development with a focus in gender issues from the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver. Kaitlyn served in the Peace Corps in the Dominican Republic working in grassroots economic development for 2 years before leading the Community Economic Development Sector in her final year. In addition to her international development experience, Kaitlyn has also worked domestically with a number of nonprofits in Monitoring and Evaluation, Development, Program Design and Management, and more.

Kaitlyn joined the ForGood M&E team early in 2016.   Tess Waldrop Monitoring & Evaluation Manager - Human Rights, WASH   Tess has a B.A. in International Studies in the Francophone World and her Master's Degree in International Development with a focus on Gender and WASH from University of Denver's Josef Korbel School for International Studies. She has focused the majority of her international work in Haiti and Malawi. During the summers of 2016 and 2017, Tess spent her time in Malawi conducting research and designing a project to assist with comprehensive WASH education in primary schools, with a specific focus on sexual and reproductive health and social enterprise.  When she's not working, she can be found at a bluegrass concert, rummaging through vintage stores, or exploring the mountains of Colorado. She is involved in several organizations in Denver, including Freshwater Project International, WorldDenver, and Immigration Colectivo DU.

In her free time she loves to read African fiction and experimental poetry, practice kickboxing, and relax with her dog Simba.

  Ryan Case Manager - Business Development   Ryan loves to help organizations improve processes and he understands how to leverage technology and new systems to bring people together. He has a M.S. in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell and earned his Master's of Business Administration in 2009 from the University at Buffalo School of Management, SUNY. He has has substantial work experience in engineering, product management, and business development.  In his free time, he is an avid skier, both on water and snow, golfs more than he should, and spends time with his amazing wife and two children.

As an entrepreneur, Brian previously built a company in Texas that integrated technology systems for large commercial and residential customers. He succeeded in developing processes that streamlined the operational complexities of design and installation, which enabled the company to grow quickly. His passion, however, lies in organizational management, team-building, and collective movement towards a mutual goal. With an educational background in Marketing and Engineering, Brian draws from both fields to design products and services to fill market gaps and meet the needs of his clients.

His passion, however, lies in organizational management, team-building, and collective movement towards a mutual goal. With an educational background in Marketing and Engineering, Brian draws from both fields to design products and services to fill market gaps and meet the needs of his clients.
